IFS/IFIO Therapy

IFS Therapy, Couples Therapy, and IFS Supervision

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying something that’s hard to name or shift? You may be navigating complex or relational trauma, or noticing patterns in yourself or your relationships that you want to understand and change. Therapy can help you make sense of your inner world, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a greater sense of clarity, balance, and choice.

I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families, as well as IFS supervision and IFS consultation for therapists.

My Approach

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO). IFS (often called “parts work”) helps you understand and relate to different aspects of yourself with greater compassion and confidence. IFIO extends this model into couples therapy, helping partners shift patterns and build deeper connection.

With over 25 years of experience as an MSW/RSW, I specialize in acute, complex, and relational trauma. My approach is experiential, collaborative, and grounded in helping you develop a more Self-led relationship with your internal system.

I am a Certified Level 3 IFS Therapist, Level 2 IFIO Therapist, and an IFS Approved Clinical Consultant.

IFS Therapy for Individuals and Couples

I provide IFS therapy for individuals and couples seeking meaningful, lasting change. This work is particularly helpful for:

  • Complex and relational trauma
  • Emotional overwhelm or reactivity
  • Anxiety, depression, and inner conflict
  • Relationship challenges and breaking recurring patterns (yes ‘that fight’ you keep having with that family member, friend or loved ones)
  • Developing self-understanding and self-leadership

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), we work at a pace that feels safe and respectful, supporting deep and sustainable healing.
