Experiential IFS Groups and Clinical Supervision in Ontario
I offer experiential Internal Family Systems (IFS) groups for individuals as well as small-group clinical supervision and consultation for therapists and psychotherapists. Groups are available online, with options designed for clinicians seeking ongoing supervision and individuals interested in learning and experiencing the IFS model.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model that understands people as having different “parts” or aspects of their inner experience, alongside a core Self characterized by qualities such as curiosity, compassion, calm, and clarity.
Our experiential IFS groups are designed for individuals who want to learn about Internal Family Systems and develop a more compassionate relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and internal parts.
Our clinical supervision groups are designed for therapists, psychotherapists, and other mental health professionals seeking structured group supervision, case consultation, and professional support.
Participants bring clinical cases, questions, challenges, and areas of professional development. The facilitator provides supervision and clinical consultation while participants also learn from the experiences and perspectives of colleagues.
